Connect Flozari with Shopify

Connect your Shopify store so Flozari flows can use store data, apply customer tags, and support product-led conversations in Instagram DMs.

Open Flozari Integrations

Before you start

  • A Shopify store and permission to create a custom app.
  • The app's Client ID and Client secret.
  • read_products access for catalog sync; add write_customers if you use customer actions.

Ways to use it

  • Tag customers after they request a product link.
  • Sync product data before sending product information in a DM.
  • Route shoppers into a follow-up flow based on their purchase intent.

Troubleshooting

  • Check the store domain uses the format yourstore.myshopify.com.
  • If catalog sync fails, confirm read_products is granted and reconnect after changing scopes.
  • Never paste credentials into a DM or public document.
