Connect Flozari with Shopify
Connect your Shopify store so Flozari flows can use store data, apply customer tags, and support product-led conversations in Instagram DMs.
Open Flozari IntegrationsBefore you start
- A Shopify store and permission to create a custom app.
- The app's Client ID and Client secret.
- read_products access for catalog sync; add write_customers if you use customer actions.
Set up Shopify

In Shopify Dev Dashboard, create a custom app for your store and grant the required scopes.

Copy the Client ID and Client secret from the app settings.

In Flozari, open Integrations, choose Shopify, enter your store domain and credentials, then verify the connection.

Open a flow and add the Shopify action that fits your customer journey. Test with a real or test contact before publishing.

Ways to use it
- • Tag customers after they request a product link.
- • Sync product data before sending product information in a DM.
- • Route shoppers into a follow-up flow based on their purchase intent.
Troubleshooting
- • Check the store domain uses the format yourstore.myshopify.com.
- • If catalog sync fails, confirm read_products is granted and reconnect after changing scopes.
- • Never paste credentials into a DM or public document.
