Connect Flozari with Google Sheets

Capture leads in a spreadsheet, look up existing records, or update a row as a conversation progresses.

Open Flozari Integrations

Before you start

  • A Google account that can access the destination spreadsheet.
  • A worksheet with a header row for the data you want to map.
  • A unique lookup value if you plan to find or update rows.

Set up Google Sheets

    In Flozari Integrations, choose Google Sheets and complete Google sign-in.

    Prepare the spreadsheet columns before adding the action to a flow.

    Choose Insert row, Lookup row, or Update row in the flow action.

    Select the sheet and worksheet, map Flozari fields to columns, then test with a sample contact.

Ways to use it

  • Log every lead-magnet request in a shared lead sheet.
  • Look up a customer record before sending a personalised reply.
  • Update a lead status once someone books or purchases.

Troubleshooting

  • Use a unique, consistently formatted lookup column to avoid returning the wrong row.
  • Format long IDs and phone-like values as plain text in the sheet.
  • Reconnect Google Sheets if the required spreadsheet is not visible.
