Connect Flozari with Calendly

Open Flozari IntegrationsBefore you start
- A Calendly account with at least one active event type.
- A Calendly personal access token.
- A clear qualification or booking point in your Flozari flow.
Set up Calendly

Create a personal access token in Calendly.

In Flozari Integrations, choose Calendly and paste the token.

Verify the connection and select a Calendly action in your flow.

Choose the appropriate event type or booking-link action, then test the link on Instagram.

Ways to use it

Troubleshooting
- • Confirm the token is active and belongs to the Calendly user with access to the event type.
- • Check that the selected event type is active and accepting bookings.
- • Test the link in a real Instagram DM before promoting the automation.
